About Us

Welcome to Create Spark, we’re a boutique online music pr and marketing company based in and around Brighton, UK. After making first forays into music as a guitarist, live promoter and band manager respectively, founder Debbie Ball discovered her niche in pr and further established herself by setting up Create Spark in 2007.  

Create Spark has a strong roster of UK and international acts, working with Secretly Canadian, Modular,  Full Time Hobby, Polyvinyl, Warp, Asthmatic Kitty, Double Denim, Erased Tapes and Mute to name but a few. We love representing artists with a solid aesthetic, musicians who think a little differently to most and can fire our imaginations.  Our artists inspire us to carry out a bespoke, smart and creatively enlivening campaign whether they’re just starting out or aiming to reinvent themselves four albums in.
